Moon Phase Calculator is a tiny but useful application that allows you to calculate the phase of the moon at any time: past, present or future. It also has the ability to show the next or previous new moon, full moon or quarters. The program features a very small but practical user interface which shows you the state of the moon in any of the two hemispheres as well as the percentage of illumination of the day you choose in a simple but clear picture. What is more, the day, month, and year can be easily changed using the mouse buttons or keyboards on the calculator.
As the program is shareware, you will have 30 days to try it with no limitation whatsoever. It is really easy to use and install, and does not contain any spyware, adware or viruses of any kind. All in all, Moon Phase Calculator can be very useful if you are an astronomer or simply if you are curious or interested in this subject. Otherwise, there is no use in downloading or buying it.
